**QC Project Lead Drug Substance (m/w/d)**
Als QC Project Lead Drug Substance für den Dengue Impfstoff (m/w/d) leistest du einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Etablierung neuer Prozesse und Methoden für die Analytik des Dengue Wirkstoffs. Hierbei erhältst du nicht nur die Möglichkeit, innovative Prozesse zu entwickeln, sondern kannst auch deinen eigenen Gestaltungsfreiraum optimal nutzen. Dabei arbeitest du mit Experten auf lokaler und globaler Ebene eng zusammen. Deine Expertise ist entscheidend, um höchste Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen und unseren Standort als führenden Akteur in der Produktion von Dengue-Impfstoffen zu positionieren.
**Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für sämtliche qualitätsbezogenen Anliegen im Bereich Dengue DS stehst du jederzeit zur Verfügung und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Fragen zur Qualitätskontrolle.
- Du bist für die umfassende Überwachung der QC-Aufgaben im Rahmen des Dengue DS-Projekts verantwortlich, sowohl intern als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern.
- Bei Nicht-Einhaltung der QC-Aufgaben bist du für die zeitnahe Eskalation und Risikofolgenabschätzung zuständig, um geeignete Maßnahmen zu ergreifen.
- In deiner Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den Bereich Dengue Drug Substance (LdQ) und fungierst als Ansprechpartner für externe Labore bei Abweichungen und Lab Investigations.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Takeda-Kollegen trägst du die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und die Budgetierung.
- Du arbeitest an der Bewertung von Abweichungen und Changes mit und erstellst und genehmigst Dokumente, wie z.B. den PPQ Plan, um die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
- Du gewährleistest die PPQ Readiness und Commercial Readiness zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung.
**Dein Profil**:
- Du verfügst über einen abgeschlossenen Masterstudiengang in Biologie, Virologie oder einem verwandten Fachbereich.
- Deine umfassenden Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung von Biologics sowie deine fundierte Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld stellen herausragende Merkmale deines Profils dar.
- Du bringst wertvolle Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, was deine Vielseitigkeit unterstreicht.
- Dank deiner Fähigkeiten bist du in der Lage, effektiv in Matrix-Teams zu arbeiten, was eine wichtige Kompetenz für die Position ist.
- Deine exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind ein weiteres Plus, das sich positiv auf die Zusammenarbeit im Team auswirkt.
- Fließende Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
