Job Title: Team Assistant ESTW Equipment Technology (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Cologne

Job Description:

• Support the manager and project managers in all organizational and project management matters
• Ensure smooth business processes in the Infrastructure Projects Portfolio STE Cologne
• Coordinate meetings and project discussions, as well as prepare and follow up on meeting documents
• Prepare minutes, charts, and presentation materials, monitor deadlines, and assist with project tasks
• Create presentations, statistics, and business letters, ensuring secure document filing
• Handle invoice processing, order tracking, and special tasks assigned by project management

Your Profile:

• Technical or commercial education background, e.g. Industrial Management Assistant, with relevant experience in technical or commercial fields such as railway operations or logistics
• Assertiveness, self-confidence, and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant workplace applications (MS Office, Doxis)
• High sense of responsibility, customer and business-oriented, committed, and structured team player
• Proactive and cooperative work style with a focus on goal-oriented actions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented team collaboration capabilities
