As part of Allianz Technology SE ́s Legal Department, you advise the company in all legal areas (except tax law and labor law).
You provide business oriented legal advice to safeguard the interests of the company, to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations and to guide senior management.
The focus of the position is corporate law and one of your key responsibilities is to handle all legal aspects of the meetings and circulations of the Supervisory Board of Allianz Technology SE.
Besides legal aspects, this role will provide you with a deep understanding of the strategic developments at Allianz Technology Group and give you the opportunity to closely interact with the office of the Chair of the Supervisory Board and the Allianz Technology CEO-Office.
You will
- provide business oriented legal advice and support, in particular on company law matters to the Board/ top management and other stakeholders on a day-to day basis;
- prepare the agenda, resolution proposals and accompanying legal documentation for the meetings of the Supervisory Board of Allianz Technology SE, in close collaboration with the office of the Chair of the Supervisory Board and the Allianz Technology CEO-Office and handle all other legal aspects in connection with the Supervisory Board;
- draft significant corporate documents (e.g., rules of procedure) and documents for notary appointments taking into consideration international legal requirements (in cooperation with colleagues from the international legal community of Allianz Technology Group)
- work in cross-functional teams to reshape organizational structures in Allianz Technology Group, in line with evolving business needs and the regulatory environment;
- closely follow legislative processes both on a national and European level with respect to corporate law and define the necessary steps for their implementation at Allianz Technology SE;
- raise the level of awareness and understanding in the business for legal issues, risks and mitigation measures;
- oversee and steer external legal counsel, where applicable.
Your skills
- Completed studies in law and Second German State Exam fully qualified lawyer
- English: business fluent
- Strong teamwork skills and intercultural experience
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Organized and process driven, with the ability to work independently
- At least two years professional experience at an international law firm or in the legal department of an international company in the field of corporate law
