What You'll Do:

  • Drive Oracle Cloud customer adoption by expediting the use of Oracle cloud services throughout the discovery, design, and deployment stages.
  • Engage with key customers, establish leadership connections at various organizational levels to develop and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to collect requirements, craft architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
  • Demonstrate product/application expertise through tailored presentations to customers, as well as at conferences and events.
  • Create and share technical resources (whitepapers, solution code, blog posts, video demos).
  • Play a vital role for customers and sales in technical cloud solutions and customer success.
  • Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-focused features. Serve as a leading advocate, providing guidance and mentorship to others.

You can anticipate active involvement in the Oracle Architecture Community, utilizing and contributing to reference architectures. The Oracle architecture community is supportive and welcoming, allowing you to seek help within the community and eventually contribute back.

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in the IT industry in presales architect roles; involvement in leading large-scale transformation projects.
