Um die nachhaltige Integration in die TRATON-Gruppe voranzutreiben, forcieren wir derzeit die Informationsdurchgängigkeit im Mehr-Markenverbund. Erste Schritte sind bereits erfolgreich umgesetzt worden. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie arbeiten mit crossfunktionalen Teams und Business Stakeholdern in einem internationalen Umfeld zusammen, um Anforderungen, Abhängigkeiten und strategischen Ziele zu definieren
  • Sie sind für die Durchführung von agilen Zeremonien und Events, wie Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums und Inspect and Adapt Sessions verantwortlich
  • Sie unterstützen beim Risikomanagement, um kontinuierliche Wertschöpfung sicherzustellen
  • Ihr Fokus liegt auf internationaler Zusammenarbeit zur Förderung der effektiven Kommunikation, des Wissensaustauschs und der Koordination globaler Teams
  • Sie identifizieren und lösen Abhängigkeiten, Hindernisse und Konflikte innerhalb und zwischen Release Trains
  • Sie implementieren und optimieren Prozesse und Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Steigerung der Effizienz
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Sie haben ein sehr gutes Verständnis von agilen Methoden, Prinzipien und Frameworks (insbesondere SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Kollaborationsprojekten und im (Multi-)Projektmanagement
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbarem mit hoher Affinität zu technischem Background
  • Sie haben nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Prozessdokumentation und -automatisierung sowie Sycat- und BPMN2.0-Kentnisse
  • Sie sind Profi in Kommunikation, Präsentation und Moderation bis auf Managementebene
  • Ihre soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Ihre Team- und Integrationsfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft
