What there is to do:
  • Development and scaling of the online marketing strategy for UpVisit's product portfolio including the design of automated funnels
  • Planning, implementation and optimization of all performance marketing activities with a strong focus on conversion, including strategic and operational responsibility for paid measures and management of involved agencies and internal supporters
  • Development and control of convincing campaigns for the areas of earned and owned media, data-driven optimization, and creative exploration of new target group approaches
  • Advise and support in overall communication matters
  • Prospective development of a diverse and powerful marketing team
What you bring with you:
  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing for highly scalable products and can come up with lots of creative ways to inspire even digitally reticent target groups with convincing campaigns for our products.
  • Experience in both Web Campaigns and App Performance is a plus.
  • You have a clear focus on generating leads, nurturing prospects and closing deals in an automated way. Experience with "classic" sales and distribution techniques is a plus.
  • You strive when working based on numbers and goals. Your reporting is crisp and solution oriented.
  • You naturally take full ownership and can empower internal and external team members to achieve goals efficiently.
  • You are in love with marketing automation and landing page optimization and have advanced knowledge and hands-on approach when it comes to technical matters and tools (e.g. SEO, tracking, APIs, META- and Google suite).
  • HubSpot is your natural habitat.
  • German and English skills are mandatory (min. C1).
  • You have no hesitations at all about taking things into your own hands, but also simply trying things out and thinking outside the box.
