Solution Consultant Mobile Mapping Solutions (m/w/d)
Standort: Bundeweit, Deutschland, Österreich (remote)
Aufgaben- Sales-seitige Koordination und Planung der Markteinführung neuer Produkte in die Vertriebsorganisation DACH in enger Rücksprache mit angrenzenden Abteilungen, wie Marketing, F&E sowie dem Vertrieb
- Optimierung und Standardisierung der Prozesse und Workflows mit dem Ziel der stetigen Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung
- Vorantreiben möglicher Sales Programme und Marketingaktivitäten
- Proaktive Unterstützung und Befähigung der Account Manager sowie der Channel Partner mit technischem Fachwissen, Bereitstellung und Aufbereitung von Informationen für Kundentermine und Durchführung von Produktschulungen beim Kunden vor Ort, inklusive 1st Level Support
- Auf- und Ausbau von Expertenwissen im gesamten 3D-Markt, vorwiegend smartCities und digital Twin und Durchführung von internen und externen Trainings
- Unterstützung im Projektmanagement im Pre- und After-Sales im Bereich Ausschreibung, Großkunden, öffentliche Einrichtungen, Leuchtturmprojekte, Spezialanwendung und weitere
- Identifizierung und Analyse neuer Märkte sowie Ableitung von Lösungen und Aktionen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Real Capture-Divisionen, Hexagon Tochterfirmen und 3rd Party Lösungsanbietern
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit technischem Fokus, wie Bau- und Vermessungswesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Richtung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Interesse im Bereich Reality Capture inklusive der 3D Workflows in der Industrie und Punktwolken
- Mobile Mapping Kenntnisse von Vorteil sowie Laserscanning-, Vermessungs- und Messtechnologien
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten
- Sehr gute analytische und visionäre Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, Souveränität und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden - ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Faszination für bahnbrechende Innovationen und neuester Technologie gepaart mit einem guten technischen Grundverständnis
