Deine Aufgaben
  • Betreuung und kompetenter Ansprechpartner unserer Auszubildenden, Studenten und Praktikanten für insgesamt 18 Leonardo Hotels im Cluster Frankfurt & West
  • Pflege des Bewerbermanagementsystems hinsichtlich der Einstellung von Auszubildenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Berufsschulen und Universitäten
  • Personaladministration
  • Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten
  • Organisation von Schulungen und Ausflügen
  • Betreuung und Organisation von Messen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten im Personalbereich
Dein Profil
  • BE YOURSELF - Sei authentisch und Du selbst
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im kaufmännischen Bereich bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder Weiterbildung im Personalbereich ist wünschenswert
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Flexibilität, Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der zugehörigen Hotels im Cluster
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team sowie im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hohes Organisationsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
