Dazu kommen Support-Anfragen aus der ganzen Welt und die technische Betreuung all unserer Filialen. Das Besondere bei uns? Wir arbeiten im eigenen Datacenter mit mehr als 100 Citrix-Terminal-Servern mit über 1.400 gleichzeitig verbundenen Nutzern, Microsoft Exchange Servern im DAG Verbund und knapp 4.000 Postfächern sowie Microsoft Active Directory mit mehr als Objekten. IT-Administrator (m/w/d) Software Management
DEIN JOB:
- Betreuen, Supporten und Weiterentwickeln der firmeninternen globalen IT-Infrastruktur, sowie der Betriebssystem- und Softwareverteilungsplattform
- Sicherstellen der Systemverfügbarkeit und Beheben von Störungen im Rahmen des Troubleshootings
- Implementieren neuer Hardwarestandards (inkl. Treiber-Management)
- Durchführen des Patch Managements (Freigabe, Installation in Test- und Produktumgebung)
- Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Softwarepaketen und Betriebssystem-Images
- Unterstützen unseres allgemeinen 2nd-Level Client Supports
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Administration einer Softwareverteilungslösung (z.B. Empirum, SCCM)
- Kenntnisse in der Installation, Konfiguration und Härtung von Betriebssystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse unter Microsoft Betriebssystemen und der Applikationsfamilie (z.B. Office)
- Erfahrungen mit Softwarepaketierung und Softwarevirtualisierung (z.B. mit App-V) sind wünschenswert, ebenso wie ITIL-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Telefonanlagen (z.B. Alcatel, innovaPhone) sind wünschenswert
- Selbständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
