Job Title: Electrical Test Engineer at CATL

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance tests and electrical inspections on battery modules according to test specifications
• Assemble test objects (battery modules and battery cells), prepare tools, mount and dismount fixtures, set up test benches, and monitor the testing process
• Maintain and repair test chambers and laboratory equipment
• Perform tests at high and low temperatures
• Program test sequences based on test specifications
• Analyze data, document, control results, and generate test reports

Your Skills and Abilities:

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or in another electro-technical profession
• Initial work experience in the automotive industry, a testing laboratory, or dealing with complex battery systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and experience with measurement systems
• Experience in the HV environment is advantageous but not mandatory
• High quality awareness with attention to detail; structured and conscientious work approach
• Very good written and spoken German skills, good English skills are desirable
• Proficient in common MS-Office applications
• Team and communication skills, reliability, flexibility, very good perception, and analytical thinking
