• Independent preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements following applicable commercial and tax laws under the direct guidance of the Finance Manager
• Review activities in the accounting department
• Assessment and examination of fixed assets, inventory, work in progress, and calculation of provisions
• Coordination of year-end closing and auditing
• Issuance of invoices and participation in payment transactions
• Preparation of monthly reporting for management
• Contributing to the development and optimization of internal accounting processes
• Implementation of an internal control system and improvement and standardization of processes through automation
• Supporting the implementation of IT-supported processes for invoice processing and audits

• Completed degree in economics with a focus on finance
• Extensive practical experience in accounting, particularly in the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements according to applicable commercial and tax regulations
• In-depth knowledge of German commercial and tax law as well as accounting in accordance with German reporting regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and DATEV (DATEV Unternehmen online)
• Excellent command of German and English
