Our mission is to revolutionize delivery logistics once again, using parcel vans and complete automation of the last mile: for increased efficiency, reduced costs, and most importantly, fewer CO2 emissions, less road congestion, and packaging waste. That's where you come in: a dedicated Product Manager for Reusable Packaging. You'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of this product module, seamlessly integrating it into our overall solution. • Lead the specification of external packaging, including dimensions and material selection, from the prototype phase to the production-ready product. This involves evaluating existing standards and developing new ones.
• Specify internal packaging and fill materials through in-depth research, expert consultations, and practical testing to select the best solution.
• Reusable packaging retention technology: planning and specifying the retention technology to meet delivery process requirements - initially for a prototype, and later for the production-ready product.
• Develop a pooling system for efficient use and return of reusable packaging, considering the needs of all stakeholders involved.
• Conduct an ecological assessment of the overall solution.

• Passion for innovation, creativity coupled with strategic thinking, and the ability to translate a concept for reusable solutions into concrete plans.
• Your experience in the circular economy, packaging, and product management, complemented by outstanding organizational skills and negotiation abilities, qualify you for this role. Essential to this position is the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You have successfully guided products from conception to market launch, significantly contributing to business success.
• As a driving force, you will not only shape the strategy for reusable packaging significantly but also communicate our company's mission both internally and externally. You act as a link between technical teams and management, ensuring our developments align with company goals.
