Position: Safety Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Development, coordination, and implementation of security concepts for all operational sites and safety-related areas
  • Ongoing development of the company's security organization
  • Risk analysis, monitoring, and support in risk mitigation, as well as identifying conceptual weaknesses and developing appropriate countermeasures
  • Enhancement of the security locking system regarding selection, budgeting, procurement, and critical infrastructure requirements
  • Representation of the department and Ruhrbahn in security-related matters with authorities and expert committees
  • Ensuring cross-departmental cooperation within the department and other areas of the company
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed engineering degree, specializing in safety engineering with a focus on civil protection or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Critical Infrastructures
  • Good command of English would be beneficial
  • Driver's license Class B
  • Willingness to work on-site
