Your Responsibilities:- Development, coordination, and implementation of security concepts for all operational sites and safety-related areas
- Ongoing development of the company's security organization
- Risk analysis, monitoring, and support in risk mitigation, as well as identifying conceptual weaknesses and developing appropriate countermeasures
- Enhancement of the security locking system regarding selection, budgeting, procurement, and critical infrastructure requirements
- Representation of the department and Ruhrbahn in security-related matters with authorities and expert committees
- Ensuring cross-departmental cooperation within the department and other areas of the company
- Completed engineering degree, specializing in safety engineering with a focus on civil protection or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Critical Infrastructures
- Good command of English would be beneficial
- Driver's license Class B
- Willingness to work on-site
