Aufgaben
  • Du stehst am Schaltpult unseres operativen Tagesgeschäfts. Ganz konkret heißt das: Du erstellst Pitch Books für Kunden, analysierst Unternehmenskennzahlen, bereitest Reports auf und hast auch im Beziehungsmanagement für ausgewählte Kunden den Hut auf.
  • Als Ansprechperson stehst Du externen wie internen Partnern, z. B. ING Risk und diversen Produkt-Kolleg*innen, internationalen ING-Kolleg*innen sowie Kundenvertretern, kompetent zur Seite und arbeitest eng mit Schnittstellenverantwortlichen anderer Fachbereiche (Client Service Delivery, Loan Administration, Legal) zusammen.
  • Bei jeder Agenda behältst Du den Überblick, sei es, wenn Du Konzepte und Präsentationen erstellst, oder bei der Organisation und Abwicklung neuer Projekte tatkräftig unterstützt.
  • Unsere Prozesse kennst Du schnell aus dem Effeff und zeigst uns in diesen Optimierungspotenziale und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten auf.
  • Mit Fachwissen und Fingerspitzengefühl begleitest Du außerdem Veränderungsprozesse und führst regulatorische Know-Your-Customer-Prozesse durch.

Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften und/oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Firmenkundengeschäft oder in angrenzenden Bereichen einer Bank wären vorteilhaft
  • Know-how in Projekt- und konzeptioneller Arbeit sowie in der selbstständigen Erarbeitung sowie Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Markt- & Branchenanalysen
  • Fit in MS Office, insb. Excel, PowerPoint und Word
  • Analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise gepaart mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Engagiert, neugierig und detailorientiert
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
