DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Unternehmens bei allen administrativen HR-Prozessen und -Instrumenten
  • Administrative Umsetzung aller individuellen HR-Maßnahmen wie z.B. Versetzungen und Vertragsänderungen
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Rekrutierungsaktivitäten
  • HR-Datenpflege und Reporting
  • Unterstützung der HRBPs bei relevanten HR-Kampagnen, z.B. zu Leistung, Zielen und Gehalt
  • Early Career Management
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Fachrichtung Personal / BWL von Vorteil) oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Personalwesen.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen.
  • Gute MS Office und erste SAP Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen zusammenzuarbeiten und Geschäftsbeziehungen zu pflegen
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten
  • Energische, motivierte und proaktive Denkweise
