Join Our Team as Manager of Work Preparation at Bauer's Location in Nordhausen (GWE)

What to Expect in Your New Role:

  • Lead the work preparation team
  • Plan and monitor production schedules, ensure timely deliveries
  • Capacity and material requirements planning based on cost and timeline considerations
  • Participation in the implementation of SAP S4
  • Support in the digitization of processes and their implementation
  • Creation of detailed work plans and bills of materials along with systematic production and assembly documents
  • Examination, participation, and execution of subcontracting or procurement within SCM / Make-or-Buy framework

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Completed degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent education/training
  • Solid knowledge in work preparation or production planning in the manufacturing or assembly sector
  • Independent and responsible work style combined with a confident demeanor and necessary flexibility
  • Experience in using production planning and control software (preferably SAP)
  • Affinity for digitization and handling of performance metrics
  • English proficiency for international collaboration is advantageous
