Join two experienced founders and an outstanding early-stage team in Berlin and help build an exceptional and mission-driven startup: 150 Minuten is building the online fitness and health solution for older adults.

We motivate our users to enjoy life in a healthy and unrestricted way through regular exercise and healthy habits.

We support our users to develop new habits to feel fitter, happier, and free of pain by offering medically based training, with feedback in real-time by select top coaches.

We are now looking for Working Students for Customer Success (M/F/x) ready to go full speed.

YOUR ROLE:

As a
Working Student Customer Success (M/F/x) you will join the team part-time for at least 6 months.

You will
work with great independence and ownership to elevate and maximize our members' experience through personalized, empathetic, and efficient customer interaction and drive our company's successful market entry.

Besides leveraging your skills, you love to roll up your sleeves and work with the team on all operational tasks.

Your motivation, talent, creativity, and "can-do" attitude are mission critical.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Talk to our users make sure that they get the best experience possible
  • Follow up on challenges our users were facing and develop ideas how to prevent them in the future
  • Create instructions and tutorial videos so that our users can smoothly navigate through our platform
  • Be our members' advocate and representative with all internal stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • You have
    completed your first few semesters at university, ideally studying with a focus on business, communication science, media, medicine, sports science, or a related field
  • You have a
    great amount of empathy, love to understand and solve our members' problems and see things through their eyes
  • You are an
    excellent organizer with outstanding analytical skills, you can manage multiple tasks in parallel and can rapidly iterate

You want to make a difference and you like to work on solutions that improve peoples' health and quality of life and have a
positive impact on society:

  • Ideally, you have experience and a
    deep interest in health, fitness, longevity, coaching, community, life-long learning, mindfulness, etc.

Fluency in German is absolutely required **as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ideally, you already have experience in operations, customer success, or recruiting/talent operations
