Pflege von Abwesenheiten im Zeitwirtschaftssystem, insbesondere Mutterschutz, Elternzeit, Erkrankung inklusive Durchführung von Vorerkrankungserklärungen mit Krankenkassen, Urlaub und weitere Abwesenheiten Administrative Personalarbeit vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt der Beschäftigten inkl. Bewerberadministration Verwaltung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge sowie freiwilligen Arbeitgeberleistungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem HR Business Partner Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und kompetente Beantwortung der internen und externen Anfragen Verwaltung, Pflege und Digitalisierung der Personalakten Vertrags-/ Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen, Erstellung von Schreiben wie Arbeitszeugnissen und Betriebsratsanhörungen Organisation des administrativen Bereiches des lokalen Bewerbungsmanagements Erstellung von Statistiken und Reportings im HR-Bereich (nicht monetär) Laufende Pflege des Standort-Stellenplans und des Personalbudgets in Abstimmung mit dem HR Business Partner und Controlling| Your strengths
