Role Description:

  • Creating a cross-departmental awareness of the importance of clear and customer-oriented texts and collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Structured and audience-conscious preparation of topics and content.
  • Actively advising and coaching teams to create customer-oriented and comprehensible content.
  • Supporting community management in terms of coordinating schedules, planning content, and moderating.
  • Collaborating with external service providers.
  • Successfully completed studies in the fields of Communication or Linguistics or a similar qualification with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident moderation of meetings and workshops.
  • Experience in coaching and advising colleagues and understanding how to engage with people.
  • Structured and organized way of working, team player, and diplomatic skills.
  • Possibility of hybrid work.
