Aufgaben
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenserviceleitung und idealerweise im Key Account Management
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Starke Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und SAP (idealerweise R3 und/oder S4HANA)
- Gutes Verständnis der B2B-, B2B2C- und DTC-Modelle
- Leidenschaft für und idealerweise Know-how über Kosmetik- und Premiumprodukte und -märkte
Profil
- Entwicklung und Management eines exzellenten Kundenservices über verschiedene Vertriebskanäle
- Führen, Motivieren und Entwickeln des Teams
- Digitalisieren, Gestalten und Dokumentieren von Kundenserviceprozessen sowie Optimieren von B2B-, B2B2C- und DTC-Prozessen
- Implementierung von leistungsfähigen ERP-Workflows und einer effizienten Stammdatenverwaltung
- Erstellen, Optimieren und Schulen von ERP-Prozessen (SAP SD, CRM etc.)
- Ansprechpartner und Entscheider für Key Accounts, Eskalationen und Beschwerden
