Aufgaben
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenserviceleitung und idealerweise im Key Account Management
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Starke Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und SAP (idealerweise R3 und/oder S4HANA)
  • Gutes Verständnis der B2B-, B2B2C- und DTC-Modelle
  • Leidenschaft für und idealerweise Know-how über Kosmetik- und Premiumprodukte und -märkte

Profil
  • Entwicklung und Management eines exzellenten Kundenservices über verschiedene Vertriebskanäle
  • Führen, Motivieren und Entwickeln des Teams
  • Digitalisieren, Gestalten und Dokumentieren von Kundenserviceprozessen sowie Optimieren von B2B-, B2B2C- und DTC-Prozessen
  • Implementierung von leistungsfähigen ERP-Workflows und einer effizienten Stammdatenverwaltung
  • Erstellen, Optimieren und Schulen von ERP-Prozessen (SAP SD, CRM etc.)
  • Ansprechpartner und Entscheider für Key Accounts, Eskalationen und Beschwerden
