Deine Aufgaben

Continuous Improvement Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals in the context of TOE and the OPEX Program Optimum. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and engaging employees at all levels.

Focused Improvement:

Lead and facilitate focused improvement trainings and projects using methodologies such as Kaizen to address specific challenges and drive rapid enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions within defined project scopes.

Performance Metrics:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of both continuous improvement efforts and focused improvement projects. Analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of improvement initiatives and identify areas for further enhancement.

Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs to educate team members on continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and tools. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams to ensure successful execution of improvement projects.

Change Management:

Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of continuous improvement practices throughout the organization. Address resistance to change and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the success of improvement projects.

Documentation and Standardization:

Establish and maintain standardized processes and documentation for continuous improvement projects. Ensure that lessons learned and best practices from focused improvement projects are incorporated into the broader continuous improvement framework.

Goal Setting:

Develop and set clear goals for continuous improvement initiatives and focused improvement projects, ensuring they are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound Monitor progress towards goals, adjust strategies as needed, and communicate achievements to stakeholders.

Dein Profil

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is mandatory. Proven experience in both continuous improvement and focused improvement roles. Strong project management skills with experience in implementing methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Change management certification is desirable. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
