This role involves minimal office work as a front-line surveyor, where you will write reports outlining provider deficiencies/violations, proposed remedies, and supporting regulatory determinations.

Under the guidance of a program manager, the surveyor conducts on-site inspections, investigations, and surveys to ensure provider compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities also include communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, revisiting sites to verify corrections, performing quality assurance reviews, and occasionally testifying in hearings or court proceedings.
