HireOn Recruitment is working with a leading French based BPO who are growing their internal Automotive Customer Support department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our valued customers
Your role will involve:
- Assisting customers with general inquiries related to dealership locations, vehicle options, warranties, and more.
- Complaint Management:Addressing customer complaints up to a certain level of complexity.
- Ensuring timely resolution without legal or financial implications.
- Handling telematics cases related to vehicle technology.
- Telematics Support:Providing technical assistance related to vehicle features such as GPS, Bluetooth, and smartphone connectivity.
- Assisting existing clients with online account issues (password resets, connection troubleshooting, etc.).

Availability:
Shift rotation from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (36 hours per week).
