Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, eine führende, global agierende Advisory-Gesellschaft mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Analytical Tools, Forecasts und Reports, zum nächsten möglichen Zeitpunkt einen** Customer Relationship Executive (m/w/d) am Standort Frankfurt am Main**.

**Ihre Aufgaben sind beispielsweise**:

- Ständiger Austausch mit den Bestandskunden um die Nutzung der eigenen Produkte und Services zu fördern
- Einarbeitung neuer Kunden im Umgang mit den Services
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern
- Direkter Austausch mit Kunden zu themenspezifischen Rückfragen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

**Das bringen Sie vorzugsweise mit**:

- Erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Gutes Organisationstalent
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohes Engagement sowie zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen, freundliche und zuvorkommende Umgangsformen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
