Sie werden Teil des AFC Financial Crime Risk Assessment Teams EMEA / Germany und unterstützen als Key Contact in unserem internationalen Team die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten Financial Crime Risk Assessment (inklusive Anti Money Laundering and Sanctions & Embargo, Anti Fraud, Bribery & Corruption) mit Fokus auf EMEA und Germany.

Sie unterstützen die Kooperation mit dem globalen AFC Risk Assessment Team hinsichtlich der konstanten Weiterentwicklung und Überprüfung des Deutsche Bank gruppenweiten AFC Risk Assessment und der Anpassung der Prozesse (z.
B. durch Teilnahme an global working groups)
sehr gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen / regulatorischen Anforderungen zur Bekämpfung von Geldwäsche, Wirtschaftskriminalität und sonstigen strafbaren Handlungen;
Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Gefährdungsanalyse, (Non-Financial) Risk Management, Governance Frameworks sind von Vorteil;
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); weitere IT-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und hohe Lernbereitschaft in einem sich verändernden Arbeitsumfeld;

You are part of the AFC Financial Crime Risk Assessment Team EMEA / Germany and support as key contact person in an international team the Execution of the group wide Financial Crime Risk Assessment (including Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Fraud) with focus on EMEA and Germany


You support the annual and dynamic group wide Financial Crime Risk Assessment, work closely with respective global, local and regional stakeholders within AFC and Business Line to obtain input and contribute to the AFC Risk Analysis as well as the global Financial Crime Risk Assessment (FCRA) Team (also in view of the continuous development of the group wide FCRA approach and methodology, e.g.

via participation in global working groups)
You are key Point of contact for AFC EMEA / Germany Advisory teams as well as local AFC Offices in the context of the regular and dynamic Financial Crime Risk Assessment and support regional and global risk assessment topics in line with regulatory requirements, best practice approach and process optimization
You Proactively follow-up and keep up-to-date with regional and international legal and Regulatory environment, current trends and best-practice approaches in the respective regions, with special focus on Anti-Money Laundering, Bribery & Corruption and Fraud
You support management reporting for regional and global functions

You have a Bachelor/ Master's degree in business administration or comparable qualifications and very Good knowledge of legal / regulatory requirements in fighting Money Laundering / Terrorism Financing and other Criminal Act.

You are Fluent in German and English language (verbal and written skills); You have Very Good Analytical skills and you are used to work precisely and accurately, even in time of high time pressure to support adequate risk management decisions
You have High proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), further IT knowledge to provide structured Analysis Results would be beneficial
Furthermore, you contribute Experience in an international and diverse team environment
