As part of our team at Steigenberger Hotel Der Sonnenhof, you will have the chance to interact with our international guests. With three exceptional à-la-carte restaurants, four pools, saunas, steam baths, and a spacious fitness area, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to our national and international guests
- Providing luggage services (transportation, distribution, storage) and escorting guests to their rooms
- Parking and handling guest vehicles
- Handling errands and shuttle services
- Ensuring cleanliness at the entrance area and lobby
- Taking care of the maintenance and services of the hotel's vehicles and bikes
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent manners and a passion for delighting guests
- Strong communication skills in German and English to interact with our diverse guests
- Neat appearance as a representative of the hotel
- Friendliness, reliability, honesty, discretion, and guest-oriented approach
- Physical stamina (luggage service)
- Valid driver's license
