Responsibilities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Commercial Capability Analyst, your main role will involve examining sales data to spot trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement. You will assist the Commercial Capability Team by providing analyses and reports.
- Your tasks will include analyzing Trade Terms and Revenue Growth, empowering countries to achieve better ROI.
- Collaborating with the Executive Manager, you will devise targeted sales strategies for various markets and customer segments, monitoring key performance indicators like sales volume and revenue.
- You will be accountable for creating global sales reporting standards and requirements, as well as aiding in their implementation in our designated reporting systems (SAP BW, PowerBI, SAC).
- To convey key insights and recommendations, you will prepare presentations or reports showcasing your findings and suggestions to the senior management.
- Your role will involve close cooperation with local Sales Analysts and Product/Process Owners in IT on all reporting-related aspects.
Profile
WHAT YOU BRING
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- You boast extensive professional experience in sales analysis, strategy, market research, or a similar domain. Experience in an international sales setting is highly advantageous.
- Your arsenal includes strong data and analytical skills, proficiency in interpreting complex datasets, and familiarity with data analysis tools. You have a comprehensive understanding of SAP-BW and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are your forte, enabling you to collaborate effectively with senior management and across various departments.
- You are a dynamic and eager individual with a strong aptitude for learning, coupled with a structured approach to tasks. Your profile is complemented by proficient English and German language skills.
