Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Team am Standort Hamburg, Husum, Cuxhaven, Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Leipzig oder Würzburg.

WAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN?
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeptionierung und Erstellung von Verträgen (überwiegend in deutscher und teilweise in englischer Sprache)
  • Einbindung in die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von der Projektstrukturierung, der Flächensicherung, über die Finanzierung, den Einkauf bis hin zum Vertrieb
  • Selbstständige Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Prüfung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien
  • Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit wird im Bereich Photovoltaik liegen
WAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN?
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Jura-Studium sowie Berufserfahrung aus der juristischen Tätigkeit (gern Erfahrung aus einer Kanzlei und/oder der Industrie)
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien und dort im Bereich Photovoltaik
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen, eine unternehmerische Denkweise und kommerzielles Verständnis
  • Erfahrung mit Verhandlungen und die Fähigkeit, Unternehmensinteressen durchzubringen
  • Eine genaue Arbeitsweise, ohne den Blick für das Wesentliche zu verlieren und ein ausgeprägtes Empfinden für Dringlichkeiten
