PMP Projektmanagement GmbH (PMP) bietet Ingenieur- und Managementberatung an. PMP verfügt über eigene erfahrene Mitarbeiter in verschiedenen Bereichen und pflegt ein Netz mit hochqualifizierten Freiberuflern sowie mehreren sehr erfahrene Kooperationspartnern. Je nach Kundenanforderung werden Mitarbeiter oder ganze Projektteams für Kundenprojekte zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Wunsch werden auch ganze Projektorganisationen zur Projektabwicklung aus eigenen Mitarbeitern, Freiberuflern sowie Kooperationspartnern zusammengestellt. Diese bilden dann ein homogenes Projektteam welches die Herausforderungen des Kunden ideal erfüllen.

Environmental Manager (m/w/d), Bayreuth, Düsseldorf und remote

Aufgaben
  • Befolgen der festgelegten Verfahren und Richtlinien, um die Einhaltung externer Umweltvorschriften und -standards sowie interner Richtlinien und Managementsysteme durch die Organisation zu überwachen.
  • Analyse der Anforderungen der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung und Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung der mildernden und vorbeugenden Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellen, dass dem Projektteam Unterstützung in Umweltthemen zur Verfügung steht und dass sich die einzelnen Personen ihrer Verantwortung bewusst sind.
  • Analyse des Installationsprozesses und Bestimmung der Effekte auf die Umwelt.
  • Einbeziehung aller Interessengruppen, um das Umweltbewusstsein zu fördern und einen Managementplan zum Schutz der Umwelt zu verabschieden
  • Teilnahme an den täglichen Aktivitäten in Bezug auf die unternehmensweiten Umwelt- und Compliance-bezogenen Programme und sicherstellen, dass alle Unternehmenseinrichtungen und -standorte sämtliche geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen einhalten.
  • Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Behörden in Bezug auf Umweltaktivitäten im Projekt.
  • Teilnahme an Audits zur Sicherstellung, dass organisatorische und Regierungsstandards eingehalten werden.
  • Sicherstellung, dass HSE-Kennzahlen, einschließlich Informationen zu Abfall und Energieverbrauch, monatlich – auch für Subunternehmer – erfasst werden.
  • Teilnahme an HAZID meetings
  • Koordinierung der Organisation von Schulungen
  • Durchführung von Audits auf den Baustellen
  • Kontinuierliche Koordination mit den SiGeKo, ebenso für mögliche SIMOPS und Vertragspartner
  • Remote 2 Tage/Woche möglich
Qualifikation
  • technischer Abschluss als Ingenieur
  • gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift C1
  • zwischen 5 und 10 Jahren Erfahrungen als Manager im HSE-Bereich im EPC-Umfeld mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Umweltschutztätigkeiten
  • starke Führungsfähigkeit, Teamspieler. Personalführung/-beeinflussung und organisatorische Fähigkeiten. Analytisch, Problemlöser.
  • gute PC-Kenntnisse.
  • gewohnt, in einem internationalen und multikulturellen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • vertraut mit der Identifizierung von Umweltaspekten und mit HAZID-Methoden
