Aufgaben

  • Zusammenarbeit und Strategieplanung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter der Division CVS und dem Leiter Konzernkommunikation sowie den Führungsteams, um maßgeschneiderte Kommunikationsstrategien zu entwickeln, die den Ruf und das Wachstum von ZF im Nutzfahrzeugsektor weltweit fördern.
  • Integrierte Vision und Stakeholder-Einbindung: Umsetzung einer integrierten Vision für die strategische Kommunikation, die externe und interne Stakeholder über verschiedene Kanäle einbezieht.
  • Risikomanagement und Markendifferenzierung: Identifizierung von Herausforderungen, Umsetzung geeigneter Kommunikationsstrategien und Durchführung von Marken- und Marketingkampagnen zur Unterstützung des Wachstums der Division CVS.
  • Talententwicklung und Kernaktivitäten: Förderung der Talententwicklung, Befähigung der Kommunikationsfunktion und Förderung der ZF Way-Kultur für kontinuierlichen Wandel.

Profil:

  • Qualifikationen und Erfahrung: Bachelor-Abschluss in Journalismus, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in leitender Funktion in der Unternehmenskommunikation, vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche. Internationale Berufserfahrung wünschenswert.
  • Zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kreativität: Proaktive Problemlösungskompetenz mit vielfältigen zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen und ein geschickter Schreiber und Redakteur für konsistente Botschaften.
  • Fokus auf Projektmanagement und Metriken: Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Interessengruppen und im Projektmanagement. Zudem sicherer Umgang mit Daten und metrikorientierter Vorgehensweise.
  • Präsenz als Führungskraft und strategisches Denken: Überzeugendes Auftreten und sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten. Ergebnisorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit einem Gespür für Risiken und Krisenmanagement-Know-how.
  • Personalmanagement und transformationale Führung: Hervorragende Mitarbeiterführung, Fähigkeit Teams zu begeistern und unternehmerische Denkweise.
