Stellenübersicht

Am Produktionsstandort Ethicon Norderstedt produzieren wir medizinisches Nahtmaterial und decken dabei den Großteil der Wertschöpfungskette ab. Organisiert in verschiedenen Produktionsbereichen erfüllen wir im 2- oder 3-Schichtbetrieb täglich den Bedarf von Krankenhäusern weltweit und sorgen dabei durch Fokus auf Sicherheit, Qualität und Kosten für kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Dabei steht die gute Zusammenarbeit im Team im Vordergrund, um unsere automatisierten Produktionsanlagen bestmöglich zu nutzen.

Line Supervisor (m/w/d) – Norderstedt %)

Aufgaben

Der Line Supervisor leitet eigenverantwortlich eine Produktionslinie in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit, Personalmanagement, Wachstum und Effizienz.

  • Verantwortung für eine qualitätsorientierte Herstellung von Produkten unter Einhaltung behördlicher Auflagen
  • Verantwortlichkeit für Ressourcen und Herstellungskapazitäten, um eine hohe Lieferfähigkeit zu erzielen
  • Gewährleistet, dass die Produktionsanforderungen täglich erfüllt werden, und entscheidet über notwendige Anpassungen, um einen flexiblen und effizienten Betrieb sicherzustellen
  • Überwachung der Leistung der Prozesse und der Linie mithilfe von Kennzahlen (OEE, Output, Qualität und Produktivität) und Sicherstellung, dass der Prozess wie geplant abläuft. Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Lösung von Problemen, die die Prozessleistung beeinflussen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Linienleitern und Abteilungen und Bereitschaft zur Vertretung anderer Linienleiter
  • Identifiziert Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in Bezug auf Personal, Ausrüstung, Verfahren und Prozesse und schlägt Alternativen vor, die auf die Optimierung dieser Bereiche ausgerichtet sind
  • Verwaltet das Budget der Linien und unterstützt aktiv die Einführung neuer Produkte, Prozesse und Systeme
  • Meldet Unfälle, Zwischenfälle, Beinaheunfälle und gefährliche Situationen zeitnah und beteiligt sich am Korrekturprozess.
  • Unterstützung bei technischen oder prozessspezifischen Problemen und Fragestellungen

Qualifications

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung, Führungserfahrung als Line Supervisor wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in der Projektarbeit/-management und entsprechender Tools (z. B. Six Sigma, Lean Green Belt)
  • Technische Kenntnisse hinsichtlich der Prozesse in der Produktion
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Konflikt- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Eigenständiges und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Eigenmotivation

Eingruppierung

Diese Position ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrungen der Entgeltgruppe E12-E13 oder dem außertariflichen Bereich zugeordnet.
