Deine Aufgaben
  • Als routinierte*r Produkt- & Prozess-Expert*in sorgst Du im Hintergrund dafür, dass unsere Produkte im Business-Banking entlang der Customer Journey kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und zukunftssicher ausgerichtet werden.
  • Wie? Indem Du Dich intensiv mit unserer Run-Excellence-Einheit und den operativen Teams austauschst, Anforderungen managst und die richtigen Kontakte herstellst.
  • Ebenfalls auf Deiner Agenda: Prozessanalyse. Die digitalen Prozesse untersuchst Du genau, optimierst sie und sorgst zusammen mit Entwickler*innen und mithilfe von Workflow-Tools, wo es geht, für Automatisierung.
  • Mit innovativen Ideen glänzt Du auch konzeptionell und unterstützt den Product Owner in der Konzeption der nächsten Features und der fachlichen Ausgestaltung des Produkts.
  • Du weißt: Gemeinsam kommen wir am besten ans Ziel. Für unser Management bereitest Du daher komplexe Daten und Requirements auf und Du koordinierst die technische Entwicklung mit den Kolleg*innen aus angrenzenden Einheiten.
Dein Profil
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Digitalisierung und/oder Automatisierung von Prozessen und eine hohe IT- und Technikaffinität
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bankensektor
  • Fähigkeit, mit großen Informationsmengen und komplexen Prozessen umzugehen
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung z. B. als Product Owner, Business Analyst oder Fachexperte
  • Fundiertes Know-how im agilen Arbeiten und in der verständlichen, adressatengerechten Aufbereitung von Fachthemen
  • Fit in PowerPoint und idealerweise vertraut mit BPM- und Workflow-Tools wie Pega oder Camunda
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
