Technical Consultant Softwareimplementierung (m/w/d)
DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL
- Vollumfängliche Leitung von Implementierungsprojekten der Software bei externen B2B-Kunden (DACH-Markt) und Überwachung dieser über alle Projektphasen hinweg (von Kick-Off bis Go-Live)
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Installation und Konfiguration der Anwendung durch Abbildung der Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden auf die Modellstrukturen der Software
- Abwicklung der Datenanbindung inkl. Datenprüfung von vorhandenen Schnittstellen (JBoss-Applikationsserver)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination aller externen und internen Projektbeteiligten (u.a. Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, Software-Delivery)
- Verantwortlichkeit für Projektdokumentation, Durchführung von User-Schulungen, Schreiben von SQL-Skripten und Unterstützung bei Pre-Sales Aktivitäten
DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL
- Mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, Technical Consulting oder Vergleichbares (idealerweise Softwareimplementierung und -konfiguration) gepaart mit Expertise in der Softwareentwicklung
- Technisches Know-How u.a. von Cloud-basierten Technologien, APIs, Datenintegration, -banken, SQL-Scripting, Anwendungsserver, Software-Delivery und -Entwicklungszyklus sind von Vorteil
- Erste Anknüpfungspunkte im Bereich FinTech, Cash Management oder Retail-Banking wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit, Aufgaben nach Prioritäten zu ordnen und sich an wechselnde Prioritäten in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld anzupassen sowie einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn für die Kundenanforderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf den Projekterfolg
- Expertise in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von mehreren deutschsprachigen Projekten gleichzeitig
