Als engagierte Teamleitung des Travel Managements suchen wir Dich zur Unterstützung unseres Finanzteams.
In dieser Position wirst Du eng mit der Abteilungsleitung Finanzen zusammenarbeiten und direkt berichten. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass die Vorgaben des Bundesreisekostengesetzes sowie interne Richtlinien gewissenhaft eingehalten werden. Zusätzlich verantwortest du die kontinuierliche Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und setzt diese kreativ in Projekten um.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du leitest das Team Travel Management fachlich an und berichtest direkt an die Abteilungsleitung Finanzen.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Bundesreisekostengesetzes und unternehmensinternen Richtlinien.
- Du berätst die Wissenschaft als zentrale Ansprechperson zu Fragen des Travel Managements.
- Du begleitest die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sowie Digitalisierung unserer Reiseprozesse und Reisetools unter Einbindung der internen Fachbereiche.
**Dein Profil**:
- kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens gutem Abschluss und einschlägige praktische Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet
- Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Reiseprozessen, ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen und idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen (SAP)
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- sorgfältige, strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Der Arbeitsvertrag ist unbefristet. Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach dem Tarifvertrag für den öffentlichen Dienst (TVöD-Bund).
