Projektkoordinator Operations Processes (m/w/d)

Flexible Arbeitszeit ohne Kernzeit in Vollzeit 40 Std.


Aufgaben
  • Sie leiten und koordinieren (Teil-)Projekte in den Bereichen Operativer Einkauf, Fertigungssteuerung und Supply Planung
  • Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Implementierung eines neuen Fertigungssteuerungskonzeptes sowie die Einführung eins MES-Systems
  • Sie führen eine BDE (Betriebsdatenerfassung) ein und unterstützen die Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung
  • Sie erarbeiten Strategien zur Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse und -steuerung
  • Sie sind für die Planung und Überwachung von Projektbudgets, -zeitplänen und -ressourcen zuständig
  • Sie reporten regelmäßig den Projektstatus an das Steering Committee
  • Die Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Mitarbeiter im Rahmen der Projekteinführung ist ebenfalls Teil Ihrer Aufgabe

Profil
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung mit
  • Sie können fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fertigungssteuerung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Implementierung von dynamischen Kapazitätsprüfungen, vorweisen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Projektmanagementmethoden zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP
  • Ihre strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus
  • Sie arbeiten gerne mit anderen Menschen im Team zusammen, sind kommunikativ und offen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab
