Talent Development Senior Specialist to join our Delivery Hero team in Europe.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with international teams across nine countries and bring our regional Talent Development strategy to life.


What you will do

  • Design learning experiences (instructorled, selfdirected, virtual, IRL, blended, trainthetrainer) to develop strategic capabilities for leaders and nontechnical audiences across our region
  • Facilitate events, informal L&D forums, formal training and trainthetrainer programs (IRL or virtual)
  • Design and maintain the onboarding process for new employees
  • Leverage existing learning technology and available channels to create, curate and disseminate learning content and resources to appropriate audiences.
  • Own and elevate the enablement component of regional talent initiatives (e.g. performance management cycle, talent reviews HiPo initiatives etc.) by creating communication and L&D materials
  • Be a source of information and inspiration on leading practices and emerging trends in the Learning and Development space, and help foster a culture of constant learning and growth
  • Drive development of a datainformed L&D strategy across the region in partnership with market leaders and local HR teams
  • Act as a thought (and "action") partner to the Director of Talent Development on the roll out of regional Talent Development and Talent Management roadmap
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors

What will help you succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a fastpaced tech environment
  • Fluent in English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of designing datadriven, high impact L&D experiences for managers and nontechnical audiences (instructorled, selfdirected, blended, trainthetrainer)
  • Proven track record of managing complex crossfunctional projects with aggressive timelines and multiple stakeholders groups
  • Excellent facilitation skills and experience delivering training both IRL and remotely
  • Experience with content banks and content curation
  • Experience with Learning Management administration
  • Experience working in a matrix or elix organization and building alignment + strong relationship with multiple stakeholder groups

Bonus qualifications (even better if )

  • Familiarity with quick eLearning development tools (i.e. Articulate Rise)
  • Multimedia development skills (i.e. graphic design, video editing, video production etc.)
  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian, German,
Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish

  • Previous exposure to, or experience in talent management (performance management, talent reviews, succession planning etc.)
  • Previous exposure to, or experience driving or supporting D&I initiatives
