Financial Accountant - Kontokorrent (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung des Rechnungseingangsbuchs in Diamant (Kontierung, Koordination und buchen von Rechnungen und Gutschriften)
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Partner – Kreditoren
  • Bearbeitung von Mahnungen.
  • Reisekosten prüfen und in Diamant prozessieren.
  • Bearbeitung offene Posten.
  • Durchführung des Zahllauf in Diamant.
  • Bankbuchhaltung (Kontoauszüge einlesen, Kontieren, buchen, abstimmen).
  • Zahlungsverkehr von externen Systemen (TAINAS, SAPIENS,...) ausführen.
  • Liquiditätsplanung.
  • Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen im Bereich des Zahlungsverkehrs, sowie der Kontokorrente.
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr und Kontokorrente.

Profil
  • Langjährige Buchhaltungserfahrung oder im Rechnungswesen eines Finanzdienstleitungsunternehmens, idealerweise Versicherung.
  • Kenntnisse von Buchhaltungssystemen und Workflowsystemen.
  • Prozesskenntnisse im Bereich Buchhaltung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englisch Kenntnisse.
  • Sehr zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Prozessorientierung.
  • Kompetenz, Wille und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich sowie abteilungsübergreifend.
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, soziale Kompetenz und Freude an Teamarbeit.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative.
  • Sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld.

Wir bieten

Das Team, welches Du bereichern würdest, besteht aus 8 KollegInnen und ist im Corporate Center zuständig für Finance Administration.

Dein erstes Jahr bei uns:

  • 0-3 Monate: Du lernst die Organisation kennen, knüpfst erste Kontakte und machst Dich mit Deinen Aufgaben, im Rahmen der Einarbeitung vertraut. Ein Buddy steht Dir in dieser Zeit regelmäßig zur Verfügung. In dieser Zeit findet das erste Gespräch mit der Personalbetreuung statt, sodass Fragen oder Organisatorisches geklärt werden können.
  • 4-6 Monate: Du findest Dich immer mehr in Deine Rolle ein und hast den Großteil Deiner Einarbeitung absolviert. Auch in dieser Zeit unterstützt Dich Dein Buddy. Das zweite Gespräch mit HR steht an.
  • 7-12 Monate: Du hast alle notwendigen Informationen und Tools, um Dich sicher und selbstständig Deinen Aufgaben widmen zu können.
