We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, negotiating, maintaining, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring new potential partners.
  • Negotiating deal setups.
  • Optimizing and making sure campaigns are achieving quality requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Generating weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external use.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in affiliate campaigns.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and relevant BI tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales skills, and experience with top affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, etc.).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while being a fast learner and effective collaborator.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
