Das Traineeprogramm im Bereich Business Operations bietet Ihnen einen attraktiven Berufseinstieg. Zu Beginn des Programms gestalten wir Ihren individuellen Entwicklungsplan und legen gemeinsam die einzelnen Stationen und Schwerpunkte der Ausbildung fest. Durch die Einbindung und aktive Mitarbeit bei vielfältigen Themen erlangen Sie einen breiten Überblick über unsere Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte. Daneben ermöglichen wir Ihnen Hospitationen in den angrenzenden Bereichen, zum Beispiel Trading, Risk Control etc. Im Einzelnen bedeutet dies:

- Training on the Job mit selbstständigem Arbeiten und eigenverantwortlichen Aufgaben
- fachspezifisches Programm mit anspruchsvoller Praxisausbildung mit folgenden Inhalten:

- vollumfängliche Einarbeitung in die Abwicklung von Handelsgeschäften (Wertpapiere, Derivate, Devisen etc.) und in Custody Services (Kapitalmaßnahmen, Erträge, Hauptversammlungen, Steuern etc.)
- regulatorische Anforderungen im Bereich Handelsabwicklung (EMIR, MIFIR etc.)
- Prüfungen (in
- und extern, Jahresabschluss etc.)
- Einführung in Prozess
- und Projektmanagement
- individuelle Betreuung und Unterstützung durch einen Mentor (m/w/d)
- frühzeitiger Ausblick über weitere Entwicklungs
