Business Process Expert for Lead to Inquiry (M/F/d) - location Tübingen


Are you interested in marketing and do have a passion for sales? The lead-to-inquiry process is part of the Global Sales process team and includes the exciting interface between marketing and sales.

We implement new, strategic processes and work actively on the digital transformation of existing sales processes. We are in contact with all our sales organizations worldwide.

Your mission:

  • Your core task or even passion is to coordinate and implement a global lead management process. Here you bring the website developers, the marketing automation colleagues and the salespeople to one table
  • We will start a global project for implementing a new CRM software solution soon. And you will have the great opportunity to be part of the core project team and take over responsibilities on defined topics
  • Another part of your job will be to roll out Internal Controls processes of our customer master data. There you are in close contact with all sales organizations and promote to distinctly improve our customer data quality
  • Among other things you take care on the documentation of the global leadtoinquiry processes and support to document them in Aris
  • Change Management within the Lead to Inquiry process is an important part of your mission. After training the Key Users it is important that new process steps will become part of the Walter DNA
  • After becoming an expert on certain topics, you take over training of our global key users and share your knowledge. Based on the feedback you identify the most purposeful requirements inside Walter
  • Always, you work closely together with the sales organizations, the stake holders of relevant areas and IT (internal as well as external)
  • Being part of a small, new team brings challenges and opportunities, for which you are happy to take over responsibility

Profile:

  • You have an academic business and/ or industrial education. In addition, any work experience in B2B would be of advantage
  • Marketing and sales, that interests and fascinates you
  • You are a driver and you have knowledge of project management. A structured and processoriented way of working is what you like
  • We are looking for someone, who works independently and wants to take over responsibility, with analytical and strategic thinking
  • Openminded and a great communicator, that's how you would describe yourself. Your great communication skills in English make you even more successful
  • And you love to share your knowledge and train others
  • At the same time, having ITunderstanding or experience in working together with IT will facilitate your start. Knowledge of ERP, CRM or BW systems is an advantage
  • You are willing to travel
