As a (Senior) Project Manager – Digital Learning Management (m/f/d) With us you will design innovative concepts and software solutions for the future of digital training and further education, and together with our team you will transfer new technologies into meaningful and value-added teaching and learning scenarios and thus revolutionize future learning. Our motto is to bring research onto the road - you are largely responsible for cross-industry projects, from the conception and implementation of innovative training topics in a digital learning platform, to the planning and implementation of workshops and seminars, to reporting.

What you do with us

You develop innovative and market-driven concepts and software solutions for questions of digital training and further education (. recommender systems, AI-supported content creation) With your focus on exploitation, you will actively work on interdisciplinary research projects and develop practical research designs for studies in the field of digital education You are involved in the creation of content concepts for digital teaching/learning scenarios as well as in the implementation and evaluation of e-learning modules, including together with industrial customers You have the opportunity to help shape the development and application of quality standards for digital educational content and to contribute to improving teaching and learning experiences by analyzing data from digital learning environments In addition to networking with partners and acquiring projects in the area of ​​digitalization of teaching, your tasks also include writing publications in connection with the institute's research activities, actively communicating research results to internal and external stakeholders, and participating in conferences and presentations in the area of ​​digital education

You have a completed degree in the field of educational technology, psychology, educational sciences, pedagogy, e-learning or a similar field of study You have already worked in a corporate or service context and have experience in the conception, creation and didactics of digital learning content, as well as in the creation and conception of software solutions, ideally in the area of ​​artificial intelligence and recommender systems.
