Your tasks

Processing incoming purchase requisitions (obtaining quotations, preparing price comparisons, placing orders in accordance with release guidelines) with initiation of purchasing processes Preparing and placing orders within the existing IT systems and processes and making changes to orders Maintaining delivery dates in the system and scheduling production materials where necessary Preparation and follow-up as well as conducting negotiations in accordance with release guidelines Supporting Procurement Performance Management by documenting negotiation successes and promptly maintaining the required data (e.g. prices, savings) Preparation of statistics and analyses for strategic purchasing (e.g. quantity and sales structures for suppliers) If necessary, carrying out factual and arithmetical invoice verification and clarification of price differences in the event of invoice blocking Analyzing deviations, ensuring effective receivables management and claim management for simple claims within the scope of regular business Coordination with BAs/clusters regarding requirement specifications

Your profile

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk Several years of professional experience in purchasing Experience with SAP, LN, MS Office and other word processing tools Ability to communicate and work in a team Initiative and an independent way of working Good written and spoken English skills
