Your Responsibilities
  • Administering and enhancing server infrastructures and platforms
  • Advising and supporting customers in designing new and optimizing existing IT systems
  • Collaborating in project teams
  • Developing problem-solving solutions and scripts (shell, perl) for recurrent tasks
  • Identifying automation opportunities and implementing them


Your Profile
  • Solid experience in Linux server administration (especially Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu)
  • Experience with virtual infrastructures (VMware, Proxmox)
  • Extensive experience in operating distributed systems and their automation
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Perl, Bash, Python)
  • Experience with Public Clouds (AWS, GCE, Azure)
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, Postgres) is desirable
  • Basic experience in application operation
  • Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in customer projects with a consulting focus
  • Enthusiasm for learning new areas, flexibility, commitment, teamwork, and respect in dealings with customers and colleagues are a must
