About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager with a proven track record in digital delivery of commerce, content and/or marketing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale engagements, managing diverse teams and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of business case-oriented delivery and agile methodologies.Responsibilities
Lead and manage digital projects with an annual budget of £3M+ Work closely with other teams to ensure best results in delivery and support additional growth in new areas Coordinate and manage teams of 20+ consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore Europe and offshore Indian locations Maintain strong client relationships, across technology, product and operational areas Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting agreed upon outcomes and business objectives within agreed time and cost constraints Work comfortably between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment Apply agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain excellent delivery health (quantitative and qualitative)Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital delivery of commerce, content and marketing Proven experience leading and managing diverse teams Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to confidently interact with Manager and Director level stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of business case-oriented delivery with experience in measuring outcomes Ability to work comfortably between business and technical teams Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment Ideally experience in at least three of the following sectors: Retail, CPG, Travel & Transportation, Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Sciences Ideally with delivery experience of at least three of the following: Consulting, UX and UI Design, MACH implementations, Mobile and Omni Channel, Marketing ServicesNice to have
Agile Project or Programme certification (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent At least 3 examples of full lifecycle delivery and understanding of the business impact of such implementation Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering projects using agile methodologiesWe Offer
