Die DEUTSCHE FACHPFLEGE ("DF") ist ein Zusammenschluss aus drei Pflegegruppen, die gemeinsam und deutschlandweit das gesamte Spektrum der Pflege abdecken. Die DF ist Marktführer im Bereich außerklinische Intensivpflege mit über elftausend Mitarbeitern*innen in der gesamten Bundesrepublik. Des Weiteren umfasst das Pflegeportfolio z.B. die ambulante Tourenpflege, Tagespflege und hochwertige Senioren Einrichtungen wie unsere "kleine Heime". Damit unterstützt die DF Menschen mit qualitativ hochwertigen Pflegeleistungen in jeder Lebenssituation.
DIE AUFGABEDas HR-Team der Deutschen Fachpflege kümmert sich für alle zugehörigen Gesellschaften um die Kernthemen der Personalarbeit. Der Aufgabenbereich reicht dabei von der Vereinheitlichung personalrelevanter Prozesse über das administrative Vertragswesen und allgemeiner arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen bis hin zu Konzepten der Personalbindung und -entwicklung.
Ihr Weg mit uns : Als Personalsachbearbeiter*in (Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, mind. 32 Stunden pro Woche) sind Sie primär für die administrative und vertragliche Betreuung der Verwaltungsmitarbeitenden zuständig. Gleichzeitig fungieren Sie als Sparringspartner für Fach- und Führungskräfte bei personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen und betreuen das regelmäßige Personalcontrolling in Absprache mit unserem Head of HR. Die Stelle ist ab dem zu besetzen.
- Sie betreuen Verwaltungsmitarbeitende von der Einstellung bis zum Betriebsaustritt
- Die Verwaltung der Personalakten gehört zu Ihren Kernaufgaben
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende sowie für Fach- und Führungskräfte bei personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Ihr administratives Talent bringen Sie ein in der Bearbeitung von: Vertragsunterlagen, Arbeitszeugnissen sowie Arbeitsbescheinigungen sowie in vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für die Lohnabrechnung
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten Auswertungen sowie monatliche Reportings
- Sie bringen neue Ideen und Impulse in personalrelevante Projekte und Prozessgestaltungen ein
