Du bist das absolute Networking-Genie mit Erfahrung im Energie-Sektor? Du hast richtig Bock als Teil des Product Teams, enge Partnerschaften mit den Herstellern unserer Assets (z.B. Wechselrichter und Wallboxen) aufzubauen und diese von der technischen Seite in Bezug auf die Integration einzuschätzen? Dann lies' hier mal weiter ;-)

One-Liner: Du bist überzeugt von dem Wert eines herstellerunabhängigen Energiemanagementsystems und übernimmst eine tragende Rolle, diesen Wert für das Produkt und unsere Kund:innen stetig zu steigern.

Manager: Du baust einen engen Kontakt zu den Herstellern unserer integrierten Assets (z.B. PV-Anlagen und Wallboxen) auf und strebst gemeinsam mit ihnen eine langfristige Partnerschaft an. Zeitgleich hast Du immer ein Auge auf die technischen sowie organisatorischen Updates der Hersteller:innen und managst aktiv unser Portfolio unterstützter Geräte.

Communicator: Du etablierst Dich als kompetente:r Asset Integration Ansprechpartner:in für alle Stakeholder:innen. Du vertrittst das Thema Asset Integration in Kund:innenprojekten gemeinsam mit dem Growth Team und stehst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn Integrationsfragen aufkommen. So besetzt du die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Vertriebs- und Entwicklungsteam. Darüber hinaus gibst du Empfehlungen für eingesetzte Steuerungsprotokolle und Assets.

Executioner: Gemeinsam mit unseren Kollegen aus dem Product Management erarbeitest Du unter Hinzunahme von Vertriebsimpulsen, Marktpotenzial und Technologietrends die Integration-Roadmap. Du identifizierst Assets in für gridX spannenden europäischen Märkten und prüfst, inwieweit diese mit unserer Plattform kompatibel sind.

Education: Deine technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung hilft Dir dabei, eine Vielfalt an organisatorischen und technischen Herausforderungen erfolgreich zu bewerten.

Experience: Durch Deine mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Rolle innerhalb eines Projektteams und/oder als Partnership Manager:in bist Du bestens vorbereitet, Deine Energie und Leidenschaft bei uns einbringen zu können.

Mindset: Um Deine Arbeit erfolgreich zu erledigen, hast Du den Blick auf das große Ganze und bringst lose Fäden zusammen. Durch Dein Networking Mindset fällt es Dir leicht, mit Menschen in Kontakt zu treten und erfolgreiche Partnerschaften aufzubauen. Du bringst eine Reisebereitschaft mit (ca. 5-10 %).

Strengths: Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Verbindung mit starker GetShitDone-Mentalität zeichnet Dich aus. Du bist in der Lage, Dich schnell an den ständigen Wandel anzupassen. Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

Specialities: Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien mit oder hast bei Hersteller:innen gearbeitet und kennst Dich mit intelligenten Energieerzeugern aus.
