**Head of ESG, Sustainability und Compliance (w/m/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- **ESG**: Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie, Ausbau von Governance-Strukturen und Systemen zur Datenerhebung und Leistungsüberwachung
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von ESG-Anlagestrategien über alle Anlageklassen hinweg
- Prüfung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit auf Unternehmens
- und Fondsebene
- Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung, Monitoring von Trends und regulatorischen Entwicklungen in den Bereichen ESG & Sustainable Finance
- Wissenstransfer von ESG-Themen sicherstellen sowie Fördern von Nachhaltigkeit auf allen Ebenen
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit einzelnen Investment Teams und unterschiedlichen Strategien (Logistik, Landentwicklung, Senior Living, etc.)
- **Compliance**: Überwachung der Einhaltung von Gesetzen und Vorschriften, Branchenstandards überwachen
- Durchführung von Risikobewertungen, Identifizieren von potenziellen Compliance-Risiken und geeignete Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung empfehlen
- Leitung von internen Untersuchungen bei Verdacht auf Regelverstöße oder Fehlverhalten sowie Koordination zu internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Regelmäßige Aktualisierung von Compliance-Policys
- Fördern einer Kultur der Ethik und Integrität

Sie berichten direkt an den Vorstand/COO und sind Teil des Senior Management Teams der DLE Group AG.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben einen Studienabschluss der Rechts-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Real Estate Management und verfügen über tiefgehende soziale und ökologische Nachhaltigkeits-Kenntnisse.
- Sie bringen angewandte Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance, Risikomanagement, Rechtsberatung oder verwandten Bereichen mit.
- Sie haben eine starke Affinität zu Führungs
- und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien sowie zu der Frage, wie Nachhaltigkeit in ein breiteres Spektrum von Unternehmenszielen eingebettet ist.
- Sie sind erfahren mit Zertifizierungen, Managementstandards, ESG-Ratingagenturen und Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung sowie Zielen der vereinten Nationen zu diesem Thema.
- Ihre Fähigkeiten im Bereich Networking und Stakeholder-Engagement sind stark ausgeprägt, um die DLE extern bei offiziellen Stakeholdern und vor Investoren zu präsentieren.
- Sie können in einem Multi-Tasking-Umfeld die nötigen Prioritäten setzen.
- Sie überzeugen durch einen analytischen Sachverstand und sind in der Lage komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und praktikable Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
- Sie kommunizieren sehr gut auf Deutsch und haben mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Sie gehen sicher mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen um.
