YOUR ROLE:

  • Define, implement and control global process standards that ensure the realisation of BU's longterm and shortterm goals and strategies
  • Review and manage new process setups to meet new business needs in collaboration with IC business process owners, regional process owners and the key user community
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, opportunities to increase efficiency and further automation using available and potential digital solutions, develop tools and systems that enable improved process automation with increased speed, reliability and allocation of variable costs to fixed costs
  • Design an IC process roadmap defining the future trending process, relevant KPIs and operational framework, develop, align and consistently track the KPI framework for the endtoend IC processes
  • Initiate projects that drive an efficient and bestinclass process for Intercompany with an endtoend perspective.
  • Act as the top deescalation contact for processes across all regions, functions and workstreams (up to top management)
  • Conduct benchmarking of processes or practices within the industry
  • Ensure endtoend IC processes operate within internal and external regulations (e.g. compliance, audit, tax).
  • Drive the implementation of global, regional and local endtoend IC projects.
  • Initiate and coordinate problem resolution involving daytoday IC operations with respective local, regional and global teams, including GBS+ teams, BUs and Functions.
  • Advise IC business process owners, regional finance leaders, business leaders and senior managers on IC endtoend processes and related IT solutions

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Master's degree, preferably with a focus on project and data management, finance or a related field
  • 5 years of professional experience in project management
  • High affinity for Big Data, data analytics and deep understanding of data structures
  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop solution concepts
  • Very good English skills, German skills are desirable
  • Motivation to successfully implement projects
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and selfconfidence to complete tasks independently and with great care
