The role
The Servicenow Administrator holds a pivotal role in the administration and development of ServiceNow alongside corporate IT systems. Key responsibilities include the oversight of ServiceNow administration and coordination with service partners
What you bring along
- ServiceNow Administration: Managing major release updates, application management, monitoring instance health, bug/script fixing, vulnerability assessment, MFA/SSO implementation, data import/export, and API connector maintenance.
- Service Provider Management: Overseeing external service providers, including cost control, feature development, incident coordination, and project management.
- License Management: Managing licenses efficiently to ensure compliance and optimal usage.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs: Proficiency in working with APIs in ServiceNow, with experience integrating with Atlassian, SAP, or Salesforce systems.
- JavaScript: Proficient in JavaScript, with the ability to develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with databases within the ServiceNow environment, including database management and optimization.
