Aufgaben
  • In dieser Funktion bei Finance Germany prüfen, kontieren und verbuchen Sie Eingangsrechnungen des Anlagevermögens, kontrollieren Zahlungslisten und Sonderzahlläufe.
  • Sie betreuen die Rechnungsfreigaben im elektronischen Workflow und klären Konten und Differenzen.
  • Sie übernehmen die Sachkontenpflege und sind für die Durchführung von Monatsabschlussbuchungen (Abgrenzungen) zuständig.
  • Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Bilanzierung des Geschäftsbereichs Head Office.

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrungen mit SAP Finanzbuchhaltung und Umsatzsteuerkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Des Weiteren sind Sie versiert im Umgang mit Excel und arbeiten sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und der Spaß an der Arbeit im Team runden Ihr Profil ab.
